Can anyone shed some light on the salaries offered by Accenture to consultants in the UK? I realise the analyst salaries offered are 28,500, but what are their progressions after this? thanks.

We're now running an ongoing salary survey to allow those inside and outside the profession to keep tabs on their potential earnings within consulting. Take a look at:<br>

When you factor in the joining bonus phasing and the absence of performance related remuneration there is actually no earnings progression at Accenture for at least the first 2 years. A much overrated firm - approach with caution.

grr

Couldn't agree more. I'm a first year analyst and my pay will go steadily down for 2 years. Great.
