Deloitte and Touche Recruiting process

Hi,

I am an experienced professional in Canada, and have gone through 2 interviews with Deloitte (Canada). The first one was with the HR Specialist and the second one was with the partner. So far, I have received positive feedback according to the HR. I have now a 3rd interview lined up to meet with the senior manager (reporting to the partner). I am just wondering if this is the typical process (I usually think that I would be meeting with the Manager first then the partner)? Also, wondering what they will be looking for in this 3rd interview with the manager? Any tips/suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks.

I agree usually you would meet with a manager first then a partner. Regardless of the order, I would just be prepared to demonstrate or talk about your leadership skills, project management skills, how you are a team player, open to travel, your flexibility and adaptation, your organization skills. These are the common skills they look for and think about times and situations when you have demonstrated all these skills. Be confident and ask good questions. You should be fine if you did well with the partner. I am sure you will get the job. Good Luck!
