Dear All

I was going through a Howard Business School's Case study book and found following case very interesting.

I would like to request you to put some thought on following case study. What are the factors you might be looking for as a consultant to help the following fictitious institution.

The case involves an educational institution called St. Peters College, situated in the fictitious country of Peterland. Both the reputation and finances of the college have been in decline in recent years, and so the Principal of the college has requested your team to recommend a strategy that will reverse these trends.

Questions to be asked are

1. What are the key data and information you need to help this institution.

2. What sort of analysis you need to made.

3. What the the key fators you think is affecting this institution.

"I am neither a consultant nor an employee of such institution".

Looking forward for your reply.

Kind regards

Callam
