Could someone please outline the IBM Consulting grade structure and the number of years spent in each grade?

IBM Business Consulting Services works on 'PRG Bands'm where PRG5 is entry level (Graduates etc.), 6 is equivalent to Junior Consultant / Analyst, 7 is Consultant, 8 Senior Consultant (at which point you can become a Certified IBM Consultant which has IMC accreditation), 9 Managing Consultant (where you are expected to take on people management / coach roles as well consulting) and 10 Executive Consultant or 'Director'. Progress between bands is based on acheiving a given skill level according to a Professional Development Framework.

This is a useful outline of the grade structure for IBM BCS. Do you have an idea of the pay bands for each of these job titles? I'm specifically interested in the consulting level.
