Strat appeal?

#1 Strat appeal?

So, is it all worth it guys? Looking back, knowing how it is from the inside, would you still go into the same industry? Pros actually outweight cons? ok so there's money/stimulation/variety vs hours/intensity/being shoved around projects/locations

who reckons it's worth the cons and why? % satisfaction with your jobs?

I think its great. I'm a strat consultant, and haven't had any projects out of town, but still worked whe silly hours. The constant variety in challenges and exposure to clients has been great so far. The fact that i am yet to have 2 days the same, have been involved in some really intense strategy work which will undoubtedly changes industries is really rewarding, so from my point of you go for it. However, i do know that this probably isn't a forever career - the hours will catch up to me one day
