URGENT!!!! I have a 3rd and final round interview with Accenture for their Entry Level Analyst postion. I have had a phone interview that lasted about 30 min and I came in for the second round for a 45 min interview. Now my 3rd interview is with 2 execs each for 45 mins. I really don't know what more they can ask so anyone has any insight please email me. Thank you.

You seem to think that this is an excessive level of interviewing. Net, net 3 hours of discussion (30 mins. on the phone) seems very minimal to me given the cost to the Company if the hiring decision is a bad one. It sounds as if they are trying to gain a rounded view of you by having multiple people interview you. My suggestion is to continue to stick to the themes that you believe make you a desirable candidate, even at the risk of being repetitive.

Do whatever you did in the first 3

I got a job with them starting in september, gee this seems late for them to be interviewing (in australia?). By the time i got to third round i had had 2x 1 1/2 interviews the third round was 30mins with one partner, i bearly got a word in edgewise. He just laid out what to expect and where i had matched up to what they are looking for. I Got the job. Rumour had it, that if you make third round you have the job, as long as you dont throw up or ask about pay. :P Relax is about the only advice i can give. And if you get the job, let me know, What office is it for? have they told you about the training changes effective sept1 (not going to st charles in the first month :( )
