After half a lifetime working in Industry and for the Government at home and abroad, followed by about 10 years working solo as a General Management Consultant, I decided that I would like to join a medium/small sized consultancy firm. What I hadn’t reckoned on was that there really is a bias against age; I’m 57 with grey hair! Wow! and that I can only be categorised in one box. I’m asked do you do This, or do you do That, when I can drive both a BMW and a tractor as well as ride a Superbike. I’ve also had my ear bent over the dross left by some of the Big 5, see recent contribution 11th July. Can anyone recommend a firm that will appreciate the experience and conscientious work of a Dinosaur.

I understand Cornwell Affiliates plc prefers consultants with a bit of experience (minimum 10 years?). Its website address is www.cornwell.co.uk. I believe it also does work in the Government and Not-for-Profit Sector

Why Dinosaurs? And isn't the company now known as Cornwell Management Consultants plc?
