ShadowMatch anyone?

#1 ShadowMatch anyone?

JStone

Hi Guys,

I have just received an e-mail from a consultancy firm inviting me to a ‘ShadowMatch’ as part of their first round process (very threatening name!)...it looks like some sort of case study exercise online.

I don't want to start it now without any prep.

Has anyone been part of a ‘ShadowMatch’before?

What should I expect?

Any help would be great! Thanks!

They put two candidates in a room and tell them beat the crap out of each other. Last one standing goes through to the next round.

A bit like ultime fighting.

Sorry - I looked at shadowmatch.net but only saw the log-in area - I totally missed the 'what is shadowmatch' link beneath - poor form me.

Prefer the ultimate fighting concept though, would be a much more interesting recruitment process...

Cheers.
