Im being offered mid 40k based on two years expereience. I am coming from a big 4 background. Can anyone advise good or bad re Hedra.

Thanks

Village Idiot to Maria (#1)

They're a well-respected public-sector shop. If public sector is your thing, they're a good place to go.

I get the impression that they run a fairly lean organisation -- eg, most of their consultants spend quite a lot of time delivering and selling, but that there isn't the robust back-up (eg, training and admin support) that you might find in a big 4, for example.

Overall, though, the people I've met from Hedra have struck me as good guys, and they're definitely on the more commercial end of government work.

Maria - the people I've interacted with at Hedra give the impression that the firm is a very friendly place with strong brand awareness within the UK public sector.

You may well find it helpful to watch the presentation that Hedra gave at our last Consultancy Careers Fair. This is available to watch online on our careers fair video page.

Hope this helps and good luck with making your choice.
