I have been trawling through the forum with interest and noticed many insightful comments and pieces of advice, to this end I have an interview with LEK at a Grad level in the new

year:

What is the general impression from people within the industry? (reputation, career progression etc)

They seem very interesting for me due to a significant amount of their work in PE...

Thanks in advance

Q to anon (#3)

they have a system of red and black lights, whereby managers are supposed to highlight in advance the days when you are going to be working late (red= after 8 and black = after midnight I think).

Kind of an early warning system so you can plan your life a bit I suppose.
