Compensation - Clarification

I am about to be offered a role of an Executive Advisors(Experienced Hire) in one the Big 4 Consulting Firms, I am moving from the Banking Sector to Consulting and therefore would like to know, what are the various components of package that is common in the consulting industry-

My Current Package has a Base Component +Car Allowance + Benefits Package + Performance Bonus.

Is this the standard format, if so should I be looking in between the lines ?

The £ breakdown of the package components you could expect are detailed in our salary benchmarking report for the consulting industry, published at the end of this summer (so very current):

In terms of components, basic + bens + bonus is the norm; car allowances are sometimes given, depends on the nature of the role. But they're far less commonplace than in other sectors.
