Opportunities in London area

Hi,

I'm currently currently looking for opportunities to relocate to London.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of where there may be opportunities for someone with my profile?

Profile: MSc in International Management, Several languages, Strategic Business Intelligence, Market analysis for top-management and board, Strategic projects, currently working at the headquarters of a Global group with worldwide production of absorbent hygiene products, packaging solutions, and publication papers. International experience.

I'm looking for employment opportunities where my experience and/or industry knowledge can be used and further developed. For example, within Strategy/Management Consulting or as an internal consultant within larger corporations. I'm also interested in various positions in business intelligence, business development, marketing etc.

Re: moving to London. The management consulting market is still pretty quiet here (I'm an external recruiter for the consultancy sector). The public sector industry vertical is (just) about the only consulting game in town right now. But I do have a consultancy client looking for a brand strategist. Don, Two questions: (1) How interested are British firms in "sponsoring" American consultants for work in that country? (2) Do you see any British consultants expanding into the US through arrangements with individuals in this country? As background, I am a financial services consultant, primarily in profitability measurement and enhancement in retail banking. I also have a graduate-level international business degree and work experience in the UK. Thanks. John
