AT Kearney: hiring process (post interview)

anxious and curious

Hello

Had 1st round interview with ATKearney last week (London) - the second gent indicated that I might hear as soon as 48 hours... now, 72 hours+ a weekend later I have heard nothing... my question is, should I expect them to get back to me with either a negative or a positive or should I assume that having heard nothing, given his 48hour comment, that they will NOT be proceeding with me?

If anyone can shed some light, I would appreciate it. Thanks

another candidate

I too was in the same boat, it was because the Recruitment Manager (JP) was on holiday. She probably phoned you later on that day (09/06) right? The waiting was torture for me too. See you at round two?

I waited for three weeks to get my offer, a process that should have taken one week. Don't worry, things take time. A wise man said: If the jury's deliberation is short it's good because the case is clear. If deliberation is long they are still considering the verdict.

If you would rather spend time talking to a company with a future that deals straight with its candidates and is currently looking to hire top talent, go to www.boxwoodgroup.com, think hard and apply. Happy to take a call.
