Help ! I am afflicted with computer related injury

Hi, My qualification is M.C.A and I have 2 and half years of work experience in Java, J2EE, C++, Windows programming. But unfortunately, I am afflicted by computer related injury of my hands . Due to this I can no longer be in active engineering any more. I am looking for other career options. Can you please gide me as to what career options do I have with my qualification and experience where I would not have to type excessively.
