How Long?

Probably an Accenture insider might be able to answer this query of mine .

I had an interview with accenture a week back and they havent got back to me as yet . Do they normally take so much time.

The fact that quite a few people are on holiday affect the time taken for an offer ?

Everyday I wait in anticipation of thier call and its affecting my work !!

any insight would be appreciated .

Put it this way, 4 months on I still haven't heard from them. I've taken the hint - I figure if they had good news they would have made sure I received it by now.

And I agree, waiting for interview feedback can drive you to distraction.

When did they say they would get back to you? The response to my first interview at Accenture was very quick, but for the assessment day it took much longer. Although I was promised a reply by a certain date, I did not get the OK until 3 or 4 days after that and a prompting email to HR, at so it could take a few days longer....

They said 5 to 10 working days , which is a standard. I will wait till next Friday and call the HR .

Forgot to mention ,Iam an experienced hire at manager level.

I was interested in knowing if there is an approval process internally which might delay the offer.

During the interview they said they are aggresively recruiting and do need people like me !!
