Big four return to consulting

Hello,

Regarding the widely debated assumption that the big four are re-entering the consulting industry...is it correct to assume that EY is doing this through the recent set-up of their Business Advisory Services division? If so, how are the KPMG and PWC re-entering?

Thanks

Truth be known they never stopped - 'audit assistance' has been a well heard phrase in recent years.

On the serious side; leveraging their brands and existing clients and hiring lots of people, oh, and making lots of money!

PWC already have, for example Transaction Services (have a proposal sitting on my desk from them)
