PA salary bands

#1 PA salary bands

I got these pay bands from a person

C = 25-34

CA = 34-45

C = 45-55

PC = 60-80

MC 80-110

Are these about right? PC seems quite low to me and C for that matter.

Anyone have any better ideas?

I'm a C in BIT (the practice formally known as IT Strategy)

I'm on 42 + bonus

The figures you have quoted sound about right.

I have been pressing for a pay-rise for months...

I think your salary bands are all maybe about £5K on the high side.

Of course you need to remember that at PA there is also a car allowance which is, depending on grade, between £3 and £6K.

There is also the bonus. This depends on performance but for a 'met targets' year, this might be 20%, 'exceeded targets' 30% and 'great year!' 40%. MCs and partners can get way more than this depending on sales etc.
