Suggestion for Tony

#1 Suggestion for Tony

While we are on suggestions would it be possible to sort threads into more useful sub sections, eg. graduate recruitment, pay, specific firms etc. even if it was just for some of the older posts . For those who follow the boards regularly there always seems to be a lot of repetition and i am sure this may be avoided with a slight redisign? I know there is a search function (which people are often too lazy to use anyway), but that just pulls up every reference to a word even if the post has very little to do with the subject thus rendering it ineffective.
