Accenture Graduate Scheme

I believe there are 250-300 vacancies with Accenture this year on the graduate scheme. Has anyone any idea of the number of graduates who manage to get through the initial application screening into the first round of interviews?

What is the likelyhood of getting through the first round interview?

I am the UK Campus Lead for Accenture so perhaps I can help...

The number of applications we receive each year varies from 8000 - 12000. Generally, we are looking for about 400 graduates, however we have the capacity to take on more if necessary. The application form is screened by our team and if you reach a certain threshold you are invited through to 1st round interview. In terms of numbers, on any given year between 30% - 50% of people would move from application to first interview.

what percentage go thru to 2nd round interview? is that the final stage? and what % get the job from there?
