Has anyone heard of Serco before? I am really interested in their consulting group and would like to hear people's thoughts on them: credibility in the industry, culture, development prospects etc.

Serco work mainly in the public/Government sectors.
Genuine work/life balance exists and as for career development ... it seems pretty good too!
