MBA TO CRM - Advice Please

Hi Guys.

I need advise from you guys. I am basically a marketing person with over 5 years of marketing experience. I have recently trained in SAP CRM and am very keen to break into the market.

I have been told that the market in UK, does not favour fresher i.e people who have just finished training & generally tend to go with people having a atleast a 1 to 2 yrs experience.

I dont have that.

Now are they any companies or consulting firms that are ready to take on freshers ?

If anyone could advice me on how to apply , who to apply etc, i would be most obliged.

dunnhumby are pretty hot at the moment. They deal in CRM and marketing and are pretty much leading the field. They take on people with varied experience, as they're growing rapidly, they're looking for more intakes. Check their website for more info.

As for other companies, you could always check out FMCG companies, or other major retailers such as Sainburys or Asda

How did you train for SAP..was it on the job training? Also..what aspects of SAP?
