Hi Richard. Most of the assessments centres for consultancy firms follow the same sort of pattern - group exercises, second interviews and case studies. The key is to be totally natural when participating in group discussions. Don't try and take over but don't be a wallflower either! Try some practice case studies to get an idea of your thought process in such situations.
