Final Round Analyst Interview at AT Kearney

#1 Final Round Analyst Interview at AT Kearney

Richard Summerville

Hi all,

To my amazement I have been invited to the final round at AT Kearney in the next 3 weeks - it is an assesment centre day type exercise. Has anyone had any prior experience with one of these assessment centres? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you - Richard.

Hi Richard. Most of the assessments centres for consultancy firms follow the same sort of pattern - group exercises, second interviews and case studies. The key is to be totally natural when participating in group discussions. Don't try and take over but don't be a wallflower either! Try some practice case studies to get an idea of your thought process in such situations. You can find an insiders guide to consulting at: www.imc.co.uk and there are loads of good articles on case studies etc. at http://www.wetfeet.com/advice/interviewing.asp. Hope this helps and good luck!
