Ayman, I have a small management and technology consultancy firm catering to financial services and technology suppliers. In my engagements with technology suppliers I often evaluate their company's customer focus and orientation and their employees' ability and knowledge of delivering value to customers. I do much of this work based on personal management experience and feedback from prior engagements. I would be interested in the use of a quantitative method of making such assessments. Please forward a more detailed description of the tool, so that I can evaluate its precise applicability to my needs. I will be happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement, if necessary.

Thank you,

Ted Katsorchis

Hi Ayman,

I run a consulting, training and coaching practice in Calgary which focusses on establishing corporate cultures of excellence. It sounds that the tool you developed might well be usefull for companies that I work with to strenghten their recruitment and hire customer focussed employees. Can you please provide me with some more information as to what exactly the assessment tool measures, how much time it takes, what is needed to process it, is it IT driven, what is the outline of the process?

Thanks,

Hugo Bonjean
