What

I know Germany is in a really bad state right now, especially in employment. First advise, in the UK we say "Hello". Second, how many years of experience do you have? We in the UK finish Uni age 22; Germany normally 26-28.

But german students don't seem smarter after the extra 4 years.

I mean...to the interviewers.

Also at age 30, there still seems to be a "kinder-mind-set-surprise".

Please advise
