Hi, wondering if anyone got some real insider information as to how the MBO- and name-changing process is developing. Has Japan already started out as Braxton? What is going on in the European countries, including Scandinavia? Thankful for any hints or pieces of information.

I know that some European countries will not join the Braxton Arm and will continue as independant firms, I recall Italy or France.

Braxton is closing the Argentina Office.

In Mexico will resize from 18 MUSD to 12 MUSD bugdet revenues including closing the Financial Entities and Telco Industry practices, this will produce some layoffs. Plans also point to start the outsourcing offering.

I have also heard the same. The French and German practices will be cut loose and Braxton will rebuild from scratch in these countries by bringing in new private practices.
