Employment BCG!!!

Hi,

What will be there in the Employee Back Ground Check? Is it only Joining date, Relieving date, Designation at relieving time and salary at relieving time? or Can BCG be done at project level also? That is , Can the next employer check whether I had worked in a specific project for certain months?

Thanks

abc.

J to Employment BCG!!! (#1)

for the graduate role, they only asked for a letter from the college tutor. perhaps, they'll be happy with a letter from your previous employer?

It sounds you are likely to be in a spot of trouble. Companies employ specialist agencies that are capable of checking pretty much anything that you say during interview or in your CV. It is normal business practice. To minimise any possible damage from being found out, I'd recommend you give a call to your potential employer and try to gently tell them that some of the things about you are not exactly true.

Really?

Most companies are very cagey about giving away any personal data at all about ex-employees.
