Recruitment Agent and Headhunter Hardship Fund.

anon

Now thread 27300 contains some useful ideas on how to protect Agents and Head-hunters from the actions of those beastly MC's who bizarrely are unable to appreciate their services. Said thread is in no way bitter, self-congratulatory or deluded.

To support these misunderstood fellows (and fellettes).

I propose the initiation of a hardship fund in support of these poor cherubs. The funds raised could be used to send them to the priory. Diddums.

Thanks but no thanks to Aha! (#3)

I'm Ok thanks.

I think I probably get a higher percentage for the work I bring to my company than you do for the work you contribute to in yours.

Nice gesture though.

goo plan to Thanks but no thanks (#4)

Frankly I think we should charge you by the hour for the time we invest sorting out your lives.... When the market is strong and you don't need us we get the big I AM. When the market tightens and CFO's begin to question the necessity of paying several thousand dollars per day so that a bunch of spotty grads can draw pretty pictures and state the obvious after 6 months of wasting everyone's time, you soon come crawling back!!!!
