Practice size? How compare with other PA groups?
Very profitable, quite a few ex-Forces/ MOD work there so very pragmatic style. Projects are long, but people there I speak to are happy and motivated (probably as their bonuses will be big!)
what exactly are we talking, bonus-wise?
20-30% of your annual salary , if its been a good year
