On Anon

Can anyone tell me something about Capita Advisory Services? I have an interview next week. They seem public sector focused. Any info will help.

Ex CAS to On Anon (#3)

Yes, very public sector focused although some work in FS. Not a good place to work though - when I left morale was poor, pipeline was non-existent, management and organisation was clueless and lots of people were looking to leave. Also, not great payers. I would stay clear!

Ex-CAS the 2nd to Ex CAS (#4)

Thats interesting ex-cas! I have also worked there and there are some definite perks.

- 12 -24% bonus at the lowest level - increasing with experience.

- 40- 50 hour weeks

- genuine meritocracy.

Still, some points are tru - v. local government and v. reliant on a few long term clients whose current status is a bit shaky

ex-CAS the 3rd to Ex-CAS the 2nd (#5)

Do not join this firm.

One of the poorest firms I have ever worked for.

Totally dishonest in their approach

Negatives I heard were second hand, but quite reliable secondary information!
