I'd actually go with LTSB.

After three years in the bank, you'll actually have some valuable industry knowledge. If you still want to be a consultant at that point, it will be easier to transfer in as an experienced hire.

Three years in ACN, potentially stuck on some long term project doing techi focused donkey work, may give you some decent 'core consulting' skills, but you won't actually know anything.

Good luck, either way...

If I were you I may be concerned about what is planned to happen to BSI in the future. You may be working along several unassociated projects developing no particular skill set.

It depends wich programme u have at lloyds - if it is anything but capital markets then don't even think abt it.

acn is a better brand and better entry to b-skewl. ppl might say negative stuff abt it - but its a market leader in its field.

lloyds tsb is clearly not !

I would absolutely go with the Lloyds TSB option. I worked there for 3 years and gained lots of experience in different areas of the retail banking arm which really boosted my CV. I recently applied to Cap Gemini and Deloitte and was offered positions in both as my CRM experience at the bank gave me the edge over other applicants. Also, your work-life balance will be much better and there's no need to become an over-worked, under-valued graduate with the likes of ACN - see what it's like in industry first!
