Books on Consulting Skills

Can anyone recommend any good books, which provide practical advise on good consulting practices and skills etc. The book(s) would ideally deal with topics such as the best way to deliver, negotiate, clarify, workshops, installing confidence in client etc).

I have looked at both Waterstones and Amazon but cannot find anything, which others would recommend? Are there any good internet sides which already cover these topics?

Thanks

Sanj,

I once taught a course (MBA program at Univ. of Colorado -USA) on management consulting. The two texts I used were: Flawless Consulting, by Peter Block, and Management Consulting (a guide to the profession), edited by Milan Kubr. I liked both for very different reasons. Also found that I needed to add a lot of additional material to present my students with a good understanding of a solid management consulting approach.
