Where is the 2003 ? It seems like nobody wants to talk about it...

Ignacio - recruitment has been picking up in recent weeks and this is expected to continue and accelerate in 2003. However, there are only pockets of recruitment in those sectors / functions that are currently experiencing high demand. Strategy consulting has been the hardest hit area of consulting - and firms specialising in this area still have a considerable degree of underutilisation of their existing consulting staff. So whilst 2003 should be much more buoyant for securing a consulting job, strategy roles are likely to still be few and far between...
