I have an intereview very soon with OC&C in Paris for an undergraduate position (associate consultant). Could you give me some do's and don'ts about an interview with them as well as your thoughts about this company ? Thank you.

Julien - OC&C are considered to be one of the top-flight of strategy consulting firms. They are not nearly as big as a McKinsey or BCG, but consultants there are considered to be of a similar calibre (when it comes to later career options, a v. important consideration). I used to work there and can only echo the previous comment. Truly top flight work for major clients. Pure strategy focus - very challenging. In 2 years, you will get 5 years of career development packed in. Very focused on doing the right thing for their clients.
