WILLIAMS CAND

I have just completed an MBA course at one of the Universities in the UK and apart from that I have a Postgraduate Diploma also from the UK but my work experience in the area of HRM has been in Africa as I am an African. It looks I am not considered educated or experinced by most employers including Recruitment agencies. My question is do people in the UK think working experience in an African country is not worth it despite getting similar education?

I'm a white Zimbabwean (guess why I'm here?) and have experienced the exact same difficulties, I fear your suspicions are correct! Any comment from the British out there?
