I'm at York University, studying History, currently in my 2nd year and i want to apply for a summer internship for 2007. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas about the best ones to go for? Also, what do people think about the one Accenture offers?

Make your choice in the same way you would choose where you want to work as a graduate (plenty of advice on that in various spots). I am not aware of any firms that offer internship programmes that vary far from their graduate programmes. In that sense, the Accenture internship, reflecting the more structured Accenture graduate scheme, might be quite good as an introduction to the profession.
