Are there any consultants that have either worked for or with Alliance Data Systems (ADS) in the US that can shed some light on the company and it's people and their culture? Are they easy to get along with? What is their direction (new products, new goals, etc.)? Are they good at what they do?
I'm not looking to work for Alliance, but will soon be working WITH them on a project. I don't know much about the company or its people, so any insight would be much appreciated.
