Accenture salary adjustment

#1 Accenture salary adjustment

Bob

Just got an email from the UK managing director telling us that the "salary adjustment" for next year has now been decided, with a link to a website that tells you your new salary

....and now the server has crashed. Really impressive for an IT consultancy.

Anyone had any luck getting through? Would be interesting to hear everyone's thoughts when we finally do.

Have you had any luck with the website - I would like to know what the M1 salary adjustment will be for 2007 and when this will take effect, as I am about to start as an Exp New Hire at M1 at the end of Jan - but still have other final interviews early Jan. Thanks

I am struggling to access the site but my M2 colleague just got another 3% on top of the 2% he got in October. I would be interested to hear how everyone else has go on...

When salaries are uadjusted upward, is it just the basic salary or is the car allowance included as a total remuneration and the uplift applied to that? Thanks for the info so far!

So I take it this adjustment is also performance related - I had assumed that the salary adjustment was an inflationary annual salary adjustment applied to standard band salary levels - looks like (from the feedback) that this varies from one employee to the next and therefore must be performance related - can anyone clarify this?

It does look like it has an element of performance in it or perhaps the higher levels of increase are in those hot skill areas?? To answer your earlier question it is an increase on base salary so does not affect car allowance.

It is performance related. It also depends on level - the levels that were most out of line with market rates had a greater adjustment - those levels were Consultant and Senior Manager.

I believe that additionally, there will be further 'hot skills' bonuses in the new year for people with certain skills (e.g. SAP, Supply Chain), but no doubt this will involve a contractual 12m tie in (if you leave you pay it back), as used to be the case around 6/7 yrs ago when we had hot skills bonuses.
