name in the cover letter

I want to apply to few MC and it means filling in on-line forms. Part of the application is a cover letter. I have no idea who reviews the forms, but I read that it's good to make an effort to put the name of the person in the letter. So I found (in the net) Graduate Manager and Head of Graduate Recruitment. Both seem awkward for me to put (as I don't know them), but still: if it will help my application, which name of these 2 should I put there?

It really doesn't matter if you're filling in a form. The application will be read by an adminstrator or a computer program, rather than a recruiter themself.

Hi, I know it doesn't matter too much. It's just better to be safe than sorry. I don't want to be considered (in case anybody looks at this) as "non-effort making".

Anyway, as deadline is in few hours I'm just looking for straightforward answer:

a) Graduate Manager

b) Head of Graduta Recruitment

c) To whom it may concern

May be worth phoning the company and getting the name of the person responsible for the recruitment
