Be vary wary of Axon business consulting which is run in an amateurish way. Axon is suffering from high first year attrition because of this lack of people focus in its policies.
One aspect of this is that Axon have a no bench policy, even if you have been on a project for 18 months, a day on the bench is considered a crime.
I'm assuming that you're referring to the US division (since you say "first year attrition")?
