hole to EYer (#2)

Wrong. EYer, if you chose to post, dont post wrongly.

Senior Manager and Director are two distinct grades.

Deloitte is as follows:

Analyst

Consultant

Senior Consultant

Manager

Snr Manager

Director

Partner

EYer to hole (#3)

SM and Director are different grades, but both classified as level 4 (which is what the original post on KPMG asked about). And to be strictly accurate, a partner is a level P, not a level 5.
