I have an Accenture interview next week and I was just wondering whether anyone knows the approximate % of people who get to first interview and then second interview get an offer? I have heard that 1/3 people who have made it to first interview end up getting offers and also that the assessment day is just about informing you about accenture and peforming some final checks, is this true?

The % is approx 50% get through 1st round to 2nd round, and 40% of those get offers (slightly less if applying for strategy position which entails an additional 3rd round).

Oh ok thanks. I didn't get past the first round anyway. I guess i'm only a first year, I'll try again next year. Do you know if any first years at all get internships?

Would it be possible for you to give me as much information as possible of the assesment day. What format does it take? Do I have to handwrite an essay? (I have terrible handwriting). Also what percentage of people make it to the first round?

Accenture Grad Interviewer, are the % you stated the same for graduate level entry? If not, what are the approx. % of success candidates for first, second and (third, for strategy) round interviews?
