As a young company, we are expanding by bringing in new employees, associates and partners. Our lawyers are writing up a "Partner model" which represents our own thoughts on how new partners can be allocated share options based upon measurable annual contributions. However, we do not wish to reinvent the wheel! Does anyone have some first hand experience they can share of partner share schemes which are both open, high value and measurable?
