Curious Consultant

I was just wondering if anyone knows what the maternity leave ploicy is at Deloittes in their consulting division. How long do you have to have been there to qualify, how many weeks full pay etc? I can't find anything on either their website or other sites. Many thanks for any information.

Having a quick look, it is quite complicated but goes somewhat beyond the statutory minimum.

If you have been there two years you get twenty six weeks of enhance maternity pay on top of SMP, comprising six weeks full pay then twenty weeks on 1/3 pay. On going back to work you get a bonus of six weeks pay.

There are various other entitlements. It all scales back in stages for service of less than two years.
