I went through the interview process at PRTM. I did one interview with a principal who was very austere. Nonetheless, I did like him. I then did a morning of 6 interviews with other principals on the trot, inlcuding a case study.
It was very much a one way exchange process. When I tried to get
more info on projects and how they were delivered, I found them guarded. I couldn't get a fix on the working environment and culture. For that reason alone I was not prepared to join.
