Aid Funded projects

Has anybody managed to get involved in any of these aid funded projects - the ones that come through the big consultancies/accountants and bodies such as EU/PHARE

I'm recruiting for a couple of management consultancies (one big, one small) who handle these projects. If you are interested in being a wage-slave for either (I'm afraid they're not looking for associates or contractors) then email me at dfl@blt.co.uk Otherwise, there is a community of associates who pick up this work on a contract basis from a wide variety of consultancies. I had realise in the last 5 years 6 aid founded projects in Middle an East Europe. The projects was founded PHARE JOP, TACIS JOP, JEV, TACIS CBC, PHARE CBC. Our last project (incl. the compete contracting and accounting work) was excellent from the E.C. as a "reference project".
