Dealing with compliance issues for clients have come across and started using the Promanade software (MandOS.co.uk)found it very practical but feel it could potentially do more - I would be grateful to anyone who can spare the time to take a look at their website and forward any suggestions.

Peter Fraser

Glad to hear that the software is useful - we have tried our best to make it easy to use. The main need we are trying to address is to make business process management understandable for the "average" manager. We are increasingly finding that consultants find it useful for defining and communicating "what is done now", and to identify potential improvements.

We have introduced a number of enhancements over the last few months, but the speed of development is, to an extent, dependent on the ability of users to understand process management.

We believe that consultants can take the lead in this, and we would be interested to hear comments from you and other consultants on how they could see our approach and software helping them with client work.

For information, the software is now being used overseas as well as in both the public and private sectors in the UK.

All comments welcome!
