Deloitte Consulting

I have 2 solid years consulting experience and am tired of the usual personality-free zones. I am looking for somewhere different. I have been approached by Accenture and Deloitte Consulting who are preaching their "people cultures". Can anyone give me any advice on either companies?

Try www.vault.com for some very frank views on the culture of various Big 5 firms. But be warned:1st of all, it is almost totally US orientated and the UK is different and, second of all, the comments may put you off consulting altogether!!

I recently joined Deloitte Consulting and can safely say that they 'walk the talk'. One of their core values is a culture of collegety, which is very apparent. There is no culture of hierarchy and the partners and senior managers are very approachable.
