This one is aimed at all those of you that attended our Careers Fair last year and/or anyone that's attended any other careers evening or careers fair that's been really well run and that we might learn from...
I'm looking for steer on how we can ensure the day is as effective as possible (from a candidate perspective). How can we facilitate you making contact with as many appropriate firms as possible during the day? How can we ensure you speak to the most appropriate people at those firms when you visit those stands? What are the most important things you want to establish about each consultancy that would influence whether or not you apply to them after the Fair is over?
We've obviously got our own ideas but would also welcome any input from readers who either saw room for improvement at last year's fair... or have seen things that worked really well at other such events that we could seek to emulate in October.
Thanks in advance
