Does anybody know how OCC compares with the other smaller strategy firms in terms of work/life balance? I currently work for a large consultancy where there is flexibility to work from home a few days a month depending on the client -- which works great for my young children.
I can't speak from personal experience but a friend who works there currently is really pleased with her work/life balance, which although doesn't entail leaving on the dot of 5pm daily, seems pretty good.
