Marcus

Hello Brethren,

I've been offered a second interview with IBM BCS in Canada. They'd like to peg me at level 7; does anyone know how the levels are calculted, and, more importantly, what it is like to work there?

Am I shooting myself in the foot by taking a position there?

Thanks,

Matthew

If your surname is not "Gates" you may be OK; but then if it is also not "Blue" maybe not? Anyhow, you do have another foot presumably?
